Park your car as close as possible to a charging point. Usually, one charging station has 2 or 4 charging plugs.

Get out, go to the charging station, and click on ‘Hallo / Hello / Bonjour’.

Select on the screen which plug you want to connect.

Choose your payment method: RFID card (charging card) or a debit or credit card.

Hold your charging or debit card against the card reader (a black box at the top right).

Connect the plug to your car as soon as the screen indicates it.

Once the charging has started, you have some time for yourself. Sparki will charge your car as quickly as possible.

Finished charging? Go back to the charging station, click on ‘Hallo / Hello / Bonjour‘, and select your plug.

Re-select the plug you were using and choose ‘Finish’. If you have set a PIN, enter it. If you are charging with a charging card, the charging station will ask you to hold your card against the black card reader again.

You’ll hear a few clicks before the charging session stops, and after a few seconds, the plug will be released.

Remove the plug from your car and hang it back in the holder of the charging station.
